Leave the M5 at Junction 27 From Tiverton take the A396 towards Exeter. 4 miles after Bickleigh, at the Ruffwell Inn, turn right to Thorverton. In Thorverton stay on the main road right through the village. At the top of the hill turn 2nd right signposted RADDON. After a mile and at a T-Junction Ratcliffe is the thatched farmhouse 50yds on the left.
